After the establishment of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) which is aimed at attracting the foreign investors from all over the world, our office made the necessary arrangements to cover this important legal stage in the Saudi Economic in which we expect various legal works,  Licenses,  and Commercial Agreements.

We regularly draft and review contracts and assist our clients from the foreign suppliers in legal interpretation and negotiations pertaining to transfer of technology agreements. We also negotiate and prepare all type of franchise contracts, Commercial Agencies and Distribution Agreements. We advise our clients in respect of the most appropriate form of Agency in light of the company goals, planning programs and the requirements of local commercial registration.
