We have extensive trial experience in commercial, civil and Shari’a cases. Such experience is including but not limited to representing individuals and corporate clients in civil, Shari’a and administrative hearings, pursuing the judicial enforcement of intellectual property rights and international trade disputes.

We also assist our corporate clients in all types of labor regulations and disputes, including draft employment contracts and representation of clients before the local Labor Boards.

In some cases litigation may be avoided through mediation or arbitration, in all cases, such as  commercial, maritime, bank disputes and others. We also have experience of Saudi rules of arbitration and full knowledge of the rules of international Chamber of Commerce, the London Court of international Arbitration and other Arbitration institutions.
