Recently we established our Maritime department in collaboration with different international specialised law firms, and within a very short period of time it became one of the important fields due to the geographical situation of Jeddah city as a trading center and important seaport. As a result it is logical to expect an increasing number of disputes.

Our clients in this field are including but not limited to oil, petrochemical and dry cargo carriers. We represent ships owners, charterers and cargo owners as well as  we assist in joint ventures formation and registration of ships in addition to shipping building contracts and the sale and purchase of vessels. In the area of litigations, we handle the defense of claims resulting from damage to property or personal injury and we can handle any disputes arising from contracts, collisions, spills, sinking or other major maritime casualties.
